Next Century Systems,  Inc. (NextCenturyTalk.com) was incorporated in June 1992, in New York. Our corporate sales office is located in Rochester, New York, plus we have offer support from 3 technical offices (two in Texas and the other in Massachusetts.

We assemble and sell Computer Telephony and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software, using "Voice Boards" made by Intel Dialogic and PIKA Technologies. We also have close relations with both designers and manufacturers of telephony hardware and software since 1989 that assists us in providing the most cutting edge marketing products. We've sold our products extensively on the east and west coast of the United States of America, Alaska and Hawaii and in several countries, including Mexico, India, and the UK.  We have more than a thousand customers world wide.

Each of the Next Century Systems Autodialer and Predictive dialer stations have the same options as our higher priced competitors. Our prices are low because we believe that if we treat our customers right that they will return to us.
