What is Cheetah Software?

Cheetah is a telephone calling software designed exclusively for use with the  Speedy Dialer that works with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000. Operates on either a Desktop or a Laptop computer.

Some of the Cheetah software for use with the speedy are:

• Agent is heard instantly! Predictive dialers have a delay resulting in person called sometimes saying hello 2 or 3 times and hanging up.
• Pre-recorded messages can be left on call recipient's voice mail with the click of a mouse.
• Do Not Call management included allows checking against 3 separate Do Not Call lists. Also, agents can add numbers to the in-house do not call list with the click of the mouse.
• If necessary for verification purposes the call can be recorded.
• Notes can be typed into the record for each contact, and with our included pop-up reminder call backs are a breeze.
• Call qualifier buttons allow the agent to quickly mark disconnected, busy, fax and no answers. Four additional user defineable buttons are also provided. Cheetah dialer software allows you reset and re-call any of the call qualifiers.
• Reports can be generated detailing each agent's call history.
• Multiple agents can share the same database over the LAN (local area network) Cheetah terminal automatically distributes contacts to each agent eliminating redundant dialing.

What is the Speedy Dialer
