Telephone Technical support on our products is provided by a full time staff of technicians with years of experience with our products who were trained by and work closely with the actual product and software developers. As needed the actual developers provide tech support to insure that any problems are addressed promptly and efficiently. Our Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm central time (excluding major holidays).

Our registered customers are provided an exclusive live tech support phone number and access to our technical support site built special for them.  Our technical support site includes downloadable software updates, manuals and more.
